  • 3 cups low fat milk
  • 1/2 cup chia seeds
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 Tbsp maple syrup
  • Cinnamon, to taste
  • 4 cups fresh or frozen berry mixture
  1. Combine milk, chia seeds, vanilla extra, maple syrup, and cinnamon in a large bowl. Whisk together. Let sit 5 minutes and whisk again.
  2. Cover and refrigerate at least 3 hours or until pudding is set.
  3. Top each serving with 3/4-1 cup fresh or thawed frozen berries.
