Chia Seed Breakfast Pudding
Recipe Type: Breakfast
- 3 cups low fat milk
- 1/2 cup chia seeds
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 Tbsp maple syrup
- Cinnamon, to taste
- 4 cups fresh or frozen berry mixture
- Combine milk, chia seeds, vanilla extra, maple syrup, and cinnamon in a large bowl. Whisk together. Let sit 5 minutes and whisk again.
- Cover and refrigerate at least 3 hours or until pudding is set.
- Top each serving with 3/4-1 cup fresh or thawed frozen berries.
