When you refer a patient to LifeStyle Medical Centers, our Patient Liaisons will reach out to your patient to understand their needs, introduce them to our services and schedule an appointment. You’ll hear from us once your patients schedule their first appointments or if we are unable to reach them. It usually takes between 5 to 7 business days for us to contact patients and notify your office.
We’ll send you a HIPAA-compliant, Patient Treatment Plan document after your patient’s first visit. You can see for yourself the evidence-based treatment approach that was outlined for your patient and we’ll continue to provide you with regular updates.

After your patient’s first visit, you’ll receive a HIPAA-compliant, Patient Treatment Plan document to keep you in the loop. And because we’re in-network with BCBSNC, AETNA, Coventry and Cigna, our services are often available at no-cost to your patients.
