She also enjoys getting to utilize patient-centered education to empower patients to become self-advocates in health care decision making. In her free time, she enjoys traveling, hiking, snorkeling, group fitness classes, and attending sporting events with her husband Christian. Brooke looks forward to having the opportunity to share her love for education, nutrition, and physical activity with her patients as a Family Nurse Practitioner at Lifestyle Medicine Centers.
