I am a physician assistant with a passion for lifestyle medicine. I am originally from South Florida, and I earned my Master’s of Physician Assistant Studies at the University of Pittsburgh. I most recently worked as a Family Practice provider at a Federally Qualified Health Center. In this role, I was given the opportunity to work with patients and focus mainly on lifestyle interventions to improve blood sugar and blood pressure and lower weight and cholesterol. I am excited by the opportunity to work with patients at Lifestyle Medical Centers, and I am convinced that the journey to improved health through lifestyle interventions can be a very rewarding experience for both patients and providers. In my spare time, I enjoy spending time with my wife and daughter, playing tennis and soccer, walking on greenways, and cooking healthy meals. My family and I are thrilled to be transitioning into the Triangle and all it has to offer.
