Leslie Williams, born and raised in Burlington, NC, received her Bachelor of Science in Foods and Nutrition from Appalachian State University and her Master of Science in Human Nutrition from Winthrop University. She has 3 years of experience as a Registered Dietitian in the areas of bariatric surgery nutrition, diabetes education, and weight management.

Leslie practices a realistic and individualized approach with her patients. She values quality nutrition as a component of an overall healthy lifestyle. Her goal is to empower her patients to nourish their bodies and eat to promote wellbeing.

Leslie is a wanna-be “homesteader” and enjoys gardening and caring for her pet chickens and dogs.
