Phone Instructions

NOTE: 5-10 minutes prior to your appointment time please log into your account.  You will also need to allow the application to have access to your camera and microphone.

iPhone

  • To download application on iOS device
    • Go to App Store.  Search and select VSee Clinic.  Tap Get and then tap again to install.
  • Once downloaded, the application is going to ask you for a Room Code.  Please enter: LIFESTYLEMED.
    • This will connect you to the LMC’s waiting room
  • The next screen is going to ask you to either Sign Up or Log in
    • Choose appropriate option and follow instructions to complete sign up or log in
  • Once you can log in, Select Enter Waiting Room
    • A screen will appear asking “What is the reason for your visit today?
      • You can disregard this box
      • Please check off the box stating, “I give my consent to participate in this Telemedicine Consultation.”
      • Once you have checked off the box, Select Next
    • The next screen will ask you to select a consultation type, Select Next
    • The next screen will ask you to update your medical history, you may ignore this, our Medical Assistant will collect this information during triage, Select Next
    • Select Enter Waiting Room
  • Your camera will activate, and the application will inform our staff that you are ready for your visit!
  • One of our Medical Assistants will answer you call for triage, once they have completed their intake you will be placed back into the waiting room until your provider is ready for you
    • Your phone may have a pop up that states: “Do you want to end call now?” Select Cancel and the camera will stay on
    • If you accidently Select OK, the call will end but not to worry you can re-enter the waiting room.  Refer to the instructions above mentioning “Once you can log in, Select Enter Waiting Room” and follow the instructions.
  • Once your visit is complete, you may end the call by hitting the red button.
    • This will bring you back the main screen to where you would enter the waiting room again.
    • You may close out the application

Android Devices
